The Spiderwick Chronicles

Inspired by the series of books ‘The Spiderwick Chronicles’, this film is a wonderful story that will make you remember your childhood. The action begins after the Grace family come into the house of their uncle Arthur Spiderwick. Jared and his twin brother Simon, their sister Mallory and their mother discover that strange things happen in their uncle’s house and they start to investigate accidents and disappearances.

Firstly they blame Jared for what is happening but finally they will find themselves surrounded by a second world of faeries and other magical creatures.
The director Mark Waters managed to create a special story with using special effects, and Freddie Highmore, Mary-Louise Parker and David Strathairn give birth to their characters in an spectacular manner.

Distributed by Paramount Pictures the film will have the release date on February 14th, 2008.
