The Other Boleyn Girl - Trailer

Anne Boleyn (Natalie Portman) and Mary Boleyn (Scarlett Johansson), two sisters from country which will be separated by the love for King Henry VIII (Eric Bana). They live in an age when their destiny is determined by their father’s will. One of them decides to follow his will, the other one defies him. Unaware of the danger, the girls are led by the ambition and desire for power that their father and uncle express and they leave behind the simple life, in order to enter in a dangerous and thrilling world at the King’s court. Firstly, Mary becomes King Henry’s mistress and accepts his two illegitimate children while Anne still does not give up to pursue the King. Her ambition and determination will not stop until she will have became Queen of England, despite Mary’s feelings for the King and Queen Katherine of Aragon being the wife of King Henry. The battle for power will only torn apart England, the sisters’ true love.
‘The Other Boleyn Girl’ is a very interesting story that reveals parts from England’s history and the realization of the film will impress the viewer starting from February 29th, 2008.
