Here is how things happened. The hotel heiress and Good Charlotte rocker traveled together to the Missouri town where Paris promoted her new perfume.

They later partied at local nightclub Home on Saturday night (02.23.08).

The pair - who met through Paris’ best friend Nicole Richie, who is engaged to Benji’s brother Joel Madden - were first spotted together at Los Angeles club Villa on Thursday night (02.21.08).

An onlooker said: “Paris only had eyes for Benji. As soon as she saw him she walked over and gave him a huge slobbering kiss.

“Then they snuggled down in a corner booth. She stroked his arm and his leg while whispering sweet nothings in his ear.”
