These weeks I mentioned something abou Eva Mendes and her problem with alcohol. The recently rehabbed actress was all smiles coming out from the gym on Tuesday afternoon. She spent her time in the same resort as Lindsay Lohan. So maybe she was there just for the relaxation. Yeah, right!

After spending several weeks at Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah for a “substance abuse” problem, Eva has seemingly finished up her stay.

Meanwhile, over the past weekend, the Ghost Rider actress was “spotted at CAA honcho Bryan Lourde’s pre-Oscars bash on Friday night. And then on Saturday, Ms. Mendes hit the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards. She was onstage as a presenter and even made a quick trip to Elle magazine and Biolage’s backstage lounge, followed by some swagging in the On 3 Productions gifting tent.”

Up to this point, Mendes, nor her reps, have made any mention of her personal problems.
