Britney Spears has restraining order against Sam Lutfi

Britney Spears‘ former sidekick, Sam Lutfi, was finally served with a temporary restraining order on Thursday morning, making it illegal for him to come near Britney, her home or her families homes.

The order was brought about by Britney’s dad, Jamie, and his attorney who believe Lutfi has been avoiding being served with the papers. The restraining order states, “Mr. Lutfi has drugged Britney. He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He claims to control everything.”

About time!

Osama had been in hiding for weeks to avoid being served.Not only was Osama Lutfi finally served with his restraining order against Britney Spears yesterday, but a judge verified that the court order was valid.AND, the same judge extended the order late Thursday.

Osama can’t phone, text, email or get near Brit Brit or her home until March 17th - at which point the restraining order can and hopefully will get extended again.

We look forward to no longer writing about Shady Sam, just like we’ve stopped mentioning this loser!Britney has been so much better without Lutfi in her life. Don’t you think???
