The famous couple is back in the U.S. And they are not alone. They brought their twins, Vivienne and Knox for the first time since they were born. The reason for the visit is the New York Film Festival on Oct. 4, where Angelina will be present for the premiere of her movie The Changeling, a 1920s-set thriller directed by Clint Eastwood.

The couple and their six children set up house last month in a lakeside villa in Berlin, where they are living while Pitt films Quentin Tarantino’s World War II thriller Inglorious Bastards.

While being in the USA Pitt missed on the European side in Germany, the premiere of his movie Burn After Reading on Oct. 1.
His costar from this movie, Christian Berkel told the magazine Bunte that Brad impressed in a positive way a lot of people:

“He’s very funny and an extremely likeable person who acts totally normal, not at all like a huge star.” Added another costar, Gedeon Burkhard: “Brad is an extremely cool guy and the best actor in the world.”

Angelina Jolie is pregnant with twins ans is due to give birth in August. With more than one month until the deadline, the happy Pitt-Jolie couple has decided to keep the mom to be, safe and comfy in France. Angelina is currently recovering in a mansion in the South of France, where the paparazzi have absolutely no access. The couple didn’t chose this destination randomly, because France has one of the strictest privacy laws in the world.

Dr. Michel Sussmann, who is currently Jolie’s obstetrician, declared at a news conference in the South of France Wednesday that all is well with the expectant mom – Brad and Angelina want the world to know this. The doctor predicts that the baby will arrive in the next weeks.

“Everything is normal,” the obstetrician said in French, as he also said in English, “She is very well, and she’s okay. … Brad and Angelina want everyone to know that everything is going well.”

When Pitt came Wednesday to visit with Zahara and Shiloh, Sussmann said: “It is simply a visit of surveillance, no birth.”

Saying that Jolie’s “very, very nice,” the doctor added, “She will stay in the hospital until the birth. I will stay with her.”

What he was not specific about was the due date. “This is something you can’t program, you never know for sure,” he said.

There is also a surprise addition of Clint Eastwood’s “The Changeling” that will repeat lat year’s appearance of Jolie and Brad Pitt. Jolie stars in the film along with Amy Ryan and John Malkovich. Jolie will also sit in at a May 15 press conference for the animated Kung Fu Panda, alongside Jackie Chan, Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman.

Indiana Jones will have the premiere on May 18 and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull will draw Blanchett, Karen Allen and Harrison Ford. Afterwards, the trio – along with co star Shia LaBeouf and Ford’s longtime girlfriend Calista Flockhart – are set to attend an exclusive party onboard the world’s most luxurious yacht, the RM Elegant.

Johansson, Penelope Cruz and her heartthrob, Javiar Bardem, will promote the debut of Woody Allen’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona, while Natalie Portman will be on hand in an official capacity as a member of the festival jury.

The most anticipated gala event is the Madonna/Sharon Stone match-up on May 23. The singer, who has produced a documentary on Malawi that is set to screen at the fest, will join Stone as co-host of AMfar’s annual AIDS research benefit dinner and celebrity auction.

Today, however, it eems that the rumours about ther secret marriage were not true. A source close to the couple declares there was “no wedding” in a New Orleans church on Saturday between Pitt and Jolie.

The family spent a weekend in New Orleans two weeks ago but they have recently been in the Austin, Texas, area while Pitt films Tree of Life with Sean Penn.

Brad Pitt had some busines to solve in New Orleans regarding the” Make It Right” project to help rebuild the city’s Lower Ninth Ward.

Meanwhile, Jolie, who stars in the action film Wanted, opening in June, is pregnant and due later this year. So it is not important whether they are or are not married.

Former Friends stars Courteney Cox Arquette and Jennifer Aniston have joined forces for a good cause.On the same wavelength is also Aniston’s former husband: Brad Pitt.

They are all serving on the honorary advisory board of Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation, not to mention Cox’s husband David Arquette and fellow couple Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale – and Orlando Bloom, Kate Beckinsale, Rashida Jones, James Marsden and Eva Longoria Parker.

Epidermolysis Bullosa is a rare and debilitating genetic skin condition that primarily affects children. Cox and Arquette are helping spearhead the awareness- and money-raising effort on behalf of research – with a goal of $1 million in two weeks, the Associated Press reports.

“EB is very personal to me so I’m happy to be a part of this $1 million challenge,” Cox said in a statement. “Now is such an important time to put the spotlight on EB and ensure that research can continue at a fast pace.”

News cameras have captured Brad Pitt building homes in New Orleans, and now the federal tax filings for the Jolie Pitt Foundation reveal the good works that Brad and Angelina Jolie are doing behind the scenes.

The happy couple donated more than $8 million in 2006, Brad giving in $4,402,317, and Angelina $4,123,613 .(These latest figures don’t include 2007 – in which, among other charitable efforts, Brad’s Make It Right Foundation raised $5 million.)

In terms of dispensing their funds, according to records for 2006, the foundation handed out $2,367,935, including $1 million to both Doctors Without Borders (International Division) and to the Global AIDS Alliance.

Additional gifts included $137,935 to the Namibia Red Cross Action Program (their daughter Shiloh was born in the African country); $100,000 to the Daniel Pearl Foundation (the late journalist’s widow, Marianne Pearl, was played by Jolie in A Mighty Heart); $100,000 to Global Green U.S.A. and to the Epidermolysis Bulloma Medical Research Foundation.

In addition, $20,000 went to an art park in Los Angeles, as did separate $5,000 donations to two orphanages that Jolie had visited.

Morgan Freeman declared:

“We were in contact with Brad about the situation in New Orleans” – and he called Jolie “such a wonderful woman.”

A source that chatted with Star magazine revealed that what ultimately set off the blow-out was Brad asking his mother, Jane, to help plan the event. Jane remains close with Brad’s ex, Jennifer Aniston, and supposedly she suggested that Aniston be invited. “They ended up going to separate bedrooms and slamming doors. Angelina was so frustrated, she was crying,” despite the fact that Brad attempted to convince Angelina that Jennifer would never agree to attend.

As you may remember, Jolie’s baby bump was the buzz on the blue carpet Saturday as she stepped out in a curve-hugging black dress at the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards with Pitt.

The Jolie-Pitt family currently consists of Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 1. Last week the couple’s adoption of Pax was made official.

Adds a source close to the couple, “They are very, very happy.” But when will they officialize this relationship? I bet Angie is just using his beautiy genes just to perpetuate hers in good conditions. Smart girl :)

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie avoided an embarrassing Oscar meeting with Jennifer Aniston by pulling out of a party they were all set to attend.

The pair – who are expecting their second biological child – were due to meet Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer at a pre-Oscars party at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday (02.23.08), but instead decided to go to the nearby Film Independent Spirit Awards.

Jennifer spent an hour mingling with stars including George Clooney, Jake Gyllenhaal, Seal and Heidi Klum before retreating back to the one of the hotel’s private bungalows.

I bet they we’re all about avoiding each other. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have been flirting , Transworld reports. Sources say during “business calls” about their production company Plan B, Jennifer Aniston flirts with Brad. The insider says Aniston is more comfortable with her ex-husband now..

“She’s over her awkwardness with Brad and she’s pretty flirtatious with him these days,” the source says. Meanwhile, Angelina proudly displayed her baby bump by wearing a tight black dress at the Spirit Awards. News of Angelina’s pregnancy has reportedly angered Jennifer, who is so determined to have children she has allegedly had some of her eggs frozen.

A source close to the 39-year-old actress told America’s Star magazine: ”Having the eggs frozen was a really smart move for Jennifer, because it buys her a few years to figure things out before she rushes into having children.

”She’s giving herself a big break from the intense pressure to find her Mr. Right and start a family. She’s in a good place now.”

Jennifer has recently been romantically linked to ‘Sex and the City’ star Jason Lewis and ‘Thank You For Smoking’ actor Aaron Eckhart. Angelina and Brad have three adopted children, six-year-old Maddox, Pax, four, and three-year-old Zahara, as well as a 21-month-old biological daughter Shiloh.
