When Arvilla Holden promises to her husband that she will incinerate him and spread his ashes, she doesn’t expect for this to happen very soon and also provoke a fight with her step daughter Francine.
Convinced that she has no other alternative that to give the ashes to Francine, Arvilla starts a real adventure from Pocatello, Idaho to Santa Barbara.

In this unexpected travel, her friends Margene and Carol offer volunteers to go with her and to support her morally. But the surprise is greater when they find out that they will travel in a vintage ‘66 Bonneville Pontiac instead of flying with an airplane.
