A Tale of Two Sisters Trailer

This awesome Korean movie tells the story of two sisters, Anna and Alex Rydell who return home after being treated in a mental hospital. Destroyed by the memory of their dead mother, the girls recover slowly and the situation they find at the return does not help at all. Their father brought a stepmother for them and the woman does not like the girls at all. When a phantom starts to appear in the house the situation becomes stranger and Anna and Alex start to suspect their new mother of hiding a dark and scary secret.

Based on an old classic Korean folk tale but improved with 70s British horror, “A Tale of Two Sisters” is a film that will surely take your breath, maybe one of the best horror films that will be released in 2008. Emily Browning (Anna) and Arielle Kebbel (Alex) play the main roles in the movie directed by Charles and Thomas Guard.
